Overall, we had a mixed experience during the leasing process at Greenway KIA at the Avenues. Most of the negotiation was handled through text messages, which unfortunately led to some misunderstandings between different staff members. That said, we want to recognize Albennes for the excellent customer service he provided. He was friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and genuinely apologetic whenever issues came up. He did his best to address our concerns and made us feel valued throughout the process. Despite the communication challenges, we did leased the car, and we appreciate Albennes’ dedication to making the experience as smooth as possible.

Wow. What a night and day difference from Family Kia in Saint Augustine. After multiple bad experiences there, I determined never to set foot in that place again. I had actually called the General Manager Emre at Greenway with an issue Family could not resolve. He walked over to his service manager who resolved my issue over the phone. I want to give recognition to the General Manager for stepping in and handling my situation personally. Instead of shifting the blame or telling me “best of luck, sir ,” he took responsibility and addressed everything directly.
He took the time to call me, listen to my concerns, and actually work toward a resolution in a professional and respectful way. I highly respect that in someone, especially in leadership.
It’s not often you see that level of ownership and accountability. He made sure things were corrected and showed that customer concerns do matter at the highest level of the dealership.

I have always had great experiences at Greenway Kia at the Avenues. I have had my Kia Sportage for about a year and a half and I love it. I continue to take my car there for oil changes and service appointments. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Kari in the service department is excellent. She is very thorough and caring. My last service appointment was easy and seamless because of her. She is also very nice and personable. Overall I am very pleased with all of my experiences at Greenway Kia.

I went for a tire rotation and when leaving the car was not drivable. I had to turn around in the parking lot. They didn’t secure a tire in the front and they broke off a lug nut and no one mentioned it to me until I noticed it!! I did not appreciate that
