Me and my wife took our Telluride to Greenway Kia for its first service. We were immediately greeted by the porter. After walking inside we met with Kari the service advisor and she was nothing short of great. Kari took the time to explain exactly what would take place with the service of our car. We were only there for about a half an hour. When the car was completed Kari checked us out and took the time to walk us to our car where she continued to assure us that if we needed anything to contact her with any concerns. The whole experience was efficient and painless.

Mannie was really nice, helpful and very patience with us. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left. He was great

Just successfully purchased a new Kia at Greenway Kia at the Avenues. I worked with Mani, Tom and Tyler to get the best deal possible. The Kias all have great features and sleek design. I was very impressed by the quality. This dealership itself is easy to work with and nice.

Received a coupon so I called to schedule my oil change/tire rotation. Was able to get in that same day. Showed up half hour early, they took me right back and had me out of there within the estimated time I was told. Joseph from service was my go-to. He was super informative, honest and helpful. I especially liked the video that was sent to me by the technician working on my car, showing me his work. Overall a great experience.

In and out for a busy day. Service was very good and my service advisor Kari kept me informed about the progress.

Ashley is an absolute world-class service advisor! She was extremely professional, efficient, and courteous from start to finish. She got me scheduled quickly and had me in and out in a record amount of time. It’s rare to receive this level of service and efficiency. Ashley truly goes above and beyond, and she is a tremendous asset to Greenway Kia at the Avenues. Highly recommended!

Szimon was able to get my wife’s car repaired for the recall when the other dealerships just gave me excuse after excuse . While it wasn’t “under “ the recall that it got repaired (which is frustrating because it should’ve been ) szimon made it happen another way . After spending weeks researching and comparing vehicles, we narrowed our search down to the Kia Sportage SX Prestige and the Honda CRV EX. Going into the process, my wife was convinced she was going to end up buying the Honda. We visited both dealerships and made it clear from the beginning that we were going to test drive both vehicles before making a final decision. We wanted to make sure we were making the right choice for something we would be driving for years. From the moment we walked into Greenway Kia, everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Al did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. As someone who has spent my career in sales and has purchased several vehicles over the years, I have a pretty good sense of what good and bad sales tactics look like. There was never any pressure or uncomfortable sales pitch. Of course they did everything they could to earn our business before we left to drive the Honda, but they did it with professionalism and respect. They listened, answered every question we had, and let the vehicle speak for itself. After driving both vehicles, the decision became much easier than we expected. The Sportage simply offered more. The technology, interior, safety features, and overall driving experience were on another level compared to the CRV. It quickly became obvious that we were getting significantly more value for our money with the Kia. Ironically, the experience at the Honda dealership helped make our decision even easier. When we were asked which vehicle we liked better and we answered honestly, the response was a deep sigh followed by, "Not Kia." That was disappointing. One of the biggest lessons I have learned in sales is that even when you lose a customer, you never criticize your competition. It reflects poorly on you instead of them. That interaction reinforced everything we had experienced at Kia and confirmed that we were making the right choice. We are extremely happy with our new Sportage SX Prestige and could not be happier with the way we were treated throughout the buying process. Thank you to Al and everyone at the dealership for making what is often a stressful experience enjoyable and professional. We will absolutely recommend both the vehicle and Greenway Kia to friends and family.

Great experience, quick service

I was met when I opened my door and les inside. Oil, filter and tire rotation was promptly started. The work was completed under an hour, which was the fastest yet! All of the crew were excellent and thorough. I always get my 2024 Kia Sportage serviced at Greenway. I highly recommend them.

Kari, in the Service Dept, is amazing. She’s helping me deal with an issue, NOT created by Kia and she is been the only helpful one through my whole experience. Her kindness has meant more to me than she will ever know. Thank you, Kari and thank you, Kia.
